Sounding projects

Drilling projects provide detailed information about the geology and underground resources in a given area. Probing projects are essential for the construction of certain structures, installation of geothermal systems and the exploration of mineral resources.

To carry out a survey project, our engineering team begins by evaluating the project objectives and site location. We use specialized tools to determine the required drilling depth and the optimal configuration of the drilling equipment.

We have a portfolio of contacts in relation to companies that carry out these surveys, which have advanced drilling equipment and highly trained personnel to carry out the survey.

Once the survey is complete, there is the possibility that our team will analyze the data obtained and produce detailed reports that include information on geology, soil type, permeability and the presence of mineral resources.

At our company, we use state-of-the-art technology to ensure the safety and effectiveness of every survey project we undertake. Our goal is to provide accurate and detailed information for our clients, enabling them to make informed and strategic decisions regarding their projects.

Mining projects

Given our experience and mining training, we offer design and planning services for mining exploitation projects to guarantee the efficient and safe extraction of mineral resources. Our team of engineers work closely with our customers to identify best extraction practices, improve productivity and minimize environmental impact.

First, we carry out a detailed analysis of the area to be mined and the geological characteristics of the area. We use advanced technology to obtain precise and detailed information on the location and quality of the mineral, the geological structure and the presence of natural resources and water.

We then develop custom mine design and mining plans that are tailored to our clients’ specific needs and site conditions. We use advanced modeling and simulation software to predict and optimize ore production, minimize waste, and improve profitability.

We also implement environmental management plans to minimize the impact of mining on the environment and guarantee the sustainability of the project. We assess and mitigate potential risks associated with mining, including air and water pollution, landscape change, and safety risks.

Finally, we provide project supervision and management services to ensure that plans are followed and objectives are achieved effectively and safely.

Mining work plans

In Spain, a work plan for a mining exploitation is a document that details the activities that will be carried out during the exploitation of a mine. This plan is a legal requirement and is regulated by the Mining Law and its regulations.

The work plan must include a detailed description of the location of the mine, the mineral resources that will be extracted, the extraction techniques that will be used, the equipment and machinery that will be needed, etc. It must also contain information about the personnel that will will work in the mine, as well as safety procedures and measures to protect the environment.

The work plan must be presented, each year, to the substantive body of the corresponding autonomous community, which is the entity in charge of approving it. The approval process may include a detailed review of the plan by mining experts and a public consultation for comments by interested parties.

Facultative direction of mining exploitations

In Spain, the figure of the Facultative director is mandatory in any mining exploitation. He must be a mining engineer with experience and specialized knowledge in the management and operation of mines; and he will be responsible for the technical supervision of the exploitation and in charge of guaranteeing that current legislation on mining and health and safety is complied with.

The responsibilities of the Optional Director include exploitation planning, management of human and material resources, supervision of the extraction of material resources, control of environmental impact and preparation of reports and technical documentation, such as the Work Plan that each year must be be managed.

His function is essential to guarantee compliance with the legal requirements established in the Mining Law and its regulations.

Restoration projects

Inmíner Ingeniería is a company that is highly responsible for the conservation of the natural environment, which is why we put our environmental department at the service of restoring those that have been degraded by mining operations.

First, we carry out a comprehensive assessment of the area degraded by exploitation to understand the degree of affectation using advanced tools and analysis techniques to collect information on the geology, hydrology, flora, fauna and other aspects of the affected area. .

Once the assessment is complete, our team of restoration experts will design a detailed restoration plan, which will be tailored to the specific needs of each project. This plan will include the necessary actions to recover the structure and function of the ecosystem, such as the elimination of invasive species, the reintroduction of native species, the recovery of soils and the installation of environmental engineering structures, if required.

During the implementation of the restoration plan, we work collaboratively with clients and local communities, ensuring that restoration objectives are met and expected results are achieved. We also continuously monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the effectiveness of restoration actions.

We make sure to use the latest technologies and tools available to carry out restoration projects. This allows us to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of the data collected, as well as the quality and professionalism of the service that we offer to our clients.

Controlled blasting

Our experience and good results support us as an engineering company specialized in drawing up demolition projects for buildings and facilities by blasting with explosives. These projects require careful planning and execution to ensure the safety of workers, nearby residents, and the environment.

First, we carry out a detailed evaluation of the facility to be demolished. A study of the structure, construction materials, and site conditions is carried out to determine the best way to demolish the building. Factors such as the height of the building, proximity to other structures, and the environmental impact of demolition are considered.

Once the assessment has been carried out, a detailed demolition plan is drawn up that includes the use of explosives and controlled blasting. This plan is developed based on site conditions, building characteristics, and local safety and environmental regulations.

During the execution of the project, comprehensive security measures are carried out. No-go zones are established and access to the demolition site is controlled. Explosives are used in a controlled manner to prevent damage to nearby structures, and measures are implemented to minimize noise, vibration, and dust from demolition.

Finally, a post-demolition assessment is carried out to ensure that all legal and safety requirements have been met and that environmental impact has been minimized.

In summary, our blasting building demolition project work involves careful planning, the preparation of a detailed demolition plan and extensive safety measures to ensure the safety of workers, nearby residents and the environment. We make sure to comply with local regulations and carry out a post-demolition assessment to ensure that all legal and safety requirements have been met.
