Inm\u00edner Ingenier\u00eda has a Machine Inspection Body, to assess compliance with Royal Decree 1215\/1997<\/strong>, a standard that establishes the minimum health and safety provisions<\/strong> for the use of work equipment by workers.<\/p>\n

Our inspection services focus on guaranteeing compliance with the provisions and safety requirements<\/strong> established in the Royal Decree. For this, we carry out an exhaustive evaluation of the machinery<\/strong> and its environment of use, with the aim of identifying possible risks and vulnerabilities, following a work procedure designed with the highest quality standards<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

During the inspection, we verify that the equipment complies with the design, construction, installation and maintenance requirements<\/strong> necessary to guarantee its safety. We also review the technical documentation<\/strong>, in order to ensure that the health and safety requirements established in the standard are met.<\/p>\n

Once the inspection is complete, we issue a technical report<\/strong> detailing the conclusions and, if necessary, those provisions that the equipment does not comply with.<\/p>\n

INMINER ENG<\/strong>. is specialized in the design and construction of chemical product warehouses (APQ). We work for petrochemical plants, solar thermal plants, mining operations, treatment plants, wastewater stations, etc.<\/p>\n

In Spain, the regulation that regulates chemical product warehouses (APQ)<\/strong> is Royal Decree 656\/2017, of June 23, which approves the Chemical Product Storage Regulation<\/strong> and its Complementary Technical Instructions MIE APQ 0 to 10. This regulation establishes the security measures<\/strong> that must be applied for the storage of chemical products, in order to prevent accidents and minimize the risks to people, the environment and material goods.<\/p>\n

The regulation establishes the conditions for the design, construction, maintenance and operation<\/strong> of chemical product warehouses, as well as the requirements for safety management<\/strong> in the storage of these products. The obligations and responsibilities of the owners of the warehouses, as well as of the workers and the competent organizations in matters of industrial safety<\/strong>, were also established.<\/p>\n

In addition, there are other regulations related to the storage of chemical products, such as the Occupational Risk Prevention Law<\/strong>, the Law on Waste and Contaminated Soils<\/strong>, the Water Law<\/strong> and the specific regulations for each industrial sector that uses chemical products.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
