Inm\u00edner Ingenier\u00eda dispone de una Entidad de Inspecci\u00f3n de M\u00e1quinas acreditada por ENAC con N\u00ba 557\/EI893, para evaluar el cumplimiento del Real Decreto 1215\/1997 de m\u00e1quinas en funcionamiento, norma que establece las disposiciones m\u00ednimas de seguridad y salud para la utilizaci\u00f3n por los trabajadores de los equipos de trabajo.<\/p>\n

Our inspection services focus on guaranteeing compliance with the security provisions and requirements established in the Royal Decree. To do this, we carry out a thorough evaluation of the machinery and its use environment, with the aim of identifying possible risks and vulnerabilities, following a work procedure designed with the highest quality standards.<\/p>\n

During the inspection, we verify that the object equipment meets the design, construction, installation and maintenance requirements necessary to ensure its safety. We also review the technical documentation of the equipment, in order to ensure that the health and safety requirements established in the standard are met.<\/p>\n

Once the inspection is complete, we issue a report detailing the conclusions and, if necessary, those provisions that the equipment does not comply with.<\/p>\n

    In Spain, the regulations that regulate chemical product warehouses (APQ) are Royal Decree 656\/2017, of June 23, which approves the Regulation for the Storage of Chemical Products and their Complementary Technical Instructions MIE APQ 0 to 10 This regulation establishes the safety measures that must be applied for the storage of chemical products, in order to prevent accidents and minimize risks to people, the environment and material assets.<\/p>\n

    The regulation establishes the conditions for the design, construction, maintenance and operation of chemical product warehouses, as well as the requirements for safety management in the storage of these products.
