Inmíner Ingeniería has a Machine Inspection Body, to assess compliance with Royal Decree 1215/1997, a standard that establishes the minimum health and safety provisions for the use of work equipment by workers.

Our inspection services focus on guaranteeing compliance with the provisions and safety requirements established in the Royal Decree. For this, we carry out an exhaustive evaluation of the machinery and its environment of use, with the aim of identifying possible risks and vulnerabilities, following a work procedure designed with the highest quality standards.

During the inspection, we verify that the object equipment complies with the design, construction, installation and maintenance requirements necessary to guarantee its safety. We also review the technical documentation of the equipment, in order to ensure that the health and safety requirements established in the standard are met.

Once the inspection is complete, we issue a report detailing the conclusions and, if necessary, those provisions that the equipment does not comply with.

On the other hand, Inmíner Ingeniería has personnel to carry out a correction planning of the non-conformities found by the inspector, carrying out from the design to the implementation of said measures.

In Spain, the regulation that regulates chemical product warehouses (APQ) is Royal Decree 656/2017, of June 23, which approves the Chemical Product Storage Regulation and its Complementary Technical Instructions MIE APQ 0 to 10 This regulation establishes the security measures that must be applied for the storage of chemical products, in order to prevent accidents and minimize the risks to people, the environment and material goods.

The regulation establishes the conditions for the design, construction, maintenance and operation of chemical product warehouses, as well as the requirements for safety management in the storage of these products. The obligations and responsibilities of the owners of the warehouses, as well as of the workers and the competent organizations in matters of industrial safety, were also established.

In addition, there are other regulations related to the storage of chemical products, such as the Occupational Risk Prevention Law, the Law on Waste and Contaminated Soils, the Water Law and the specific regulations for each industrial sector that uses chemical products.
